How it functions?
With our new double sided pilot weld nuts, the electrode makes contact with the pilot. The current takes the path of least resistance this way and there is no damage to the thread. It gives a clean and strong weld as compared to the single sided piloted weld nuts.

With the pilot on both sides, there is no need to worry if the locating pin is worn and as the nut locates itself accordingly.
